We are proud to be part of the Keller Williams Realty Family. After moving around in the Air Force for 26 years we settled in Austin to be near our family and we love this city. In addition to Real Estate we are all active members in organizations which keep Austin moving forward. Jerry has a Masters in City Administration and found his niche with Keller Williams in 1995. His Real Estate certifications are ABR, GRI, and CRC. He is a member of the Northwest Austin Rotary and volunteers for Make-A-Wish fundraisers, Habitat for Humanity as Site Supervisor, and Meals on Wheels. As a member of St. David's Church he works with St. Joseph's guild and Hands on Housing, part of the Austin Area Interreligious Ministries, working to renovate homes while renewing communities. HOH builds relationships across social and geographic boundaries by coordinating a community-wide effort to help renovate homes owned by low- income families. He Mentored a wonderful young man through elementary school for the four years. Billie is a member of the Austin Exchange Club which is a service organization dedicated to the prevention of child abuse through such programs as Any Baby Can, Sir Cares a Lot, Safe Place, The Pebble Project and Scholarships for Children With Disabilities. She also helps organize and run the annual Zilker Park Kite Festival, which is a gift to the families of Austin from the Exchange Club. As a member of St. David's Church she volunteers at the Next to New Shop, the city's best resale shop. The proceeds of the Next-to-New Shop are split evenly between local charities and the historic preservation of St. David's Episcopal Church, a landmark in downtown Austin since 1848. Jennifer belongs to the Exchange Club as well as voluteers for Meals on Wheels, an annual Community Food Drive, Habitat for Humanity and the Zilker Park Kite Festival. As a member of St. David's Church she collects stuffed animals for a local children's hospice. She also has a soft spot for animals, and does some volunteer work with The Animal Trustees of Austin. Aaron has extensive knowledge in new home construction which is an added bonus to his real estate experience. He volunteers for Habitat for Humanity, the annual Food Drive and the Zilker Park Kite Festival. In addition to competative kite flying he also races sailboats and loves to snow ski. The other members of the McCulley Family include two rescued 100 pound dog brothers, Cody and Bailey; a seven pound Yorkie, Sadie; a talkative parrot, Marley, and a very quiet frog, Duce. Duce (pronounced Dutezy) is named after a Yugoslavian exchange student who lived with us for a year. Jerry and Jennifer are licensed realtors who are members of National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Austin Board of Realtors, and Multiple Listing Service. Although Billie's license is inactive, she keeps our Data Base current and insures the lines of communication are always open. Aaron's license is also inactive as he persues his first love as a carpenter and helps with repairs and inspections. He is currently studying to become a licensed housing inspector.
