| I am writing to recommend The McCulley Team when you need real estate services. They assisted my husband and me when we moved to Austin from out of state. I cannot say enough good things abut the service that they provided to us. They listened to what we wanted, they were very flexible in scheduling time with us, they went out of their way to make sure all of our questions were answered and our real estate needs were addressed. They were very knowledgeable - in general, they assisted us every step of the way. We decided to build a house and they made sure everything was on track and frequently checked to see if they could offer any other services. In addition, they put us in contact with individuals for other services and those individuals were responsive and honest. I have dealt with other real estate agents in the past and The McCulleys are without a doubt the most responsive, concerned, knowledgeable and genuine agents I have encountered. Once the sale was complete, they continued to check with us to make sure we were happy and that we didn't need anything. I would recommed them over all other agents I know and have worked with in the past. | ||

| I would like to thank you for all the help, guidance and "hand holding" you provided during my house hunting and purchase. From the beginning, working with you was very smoothe and comfortable. I really appreciated that while I was still in California, Bille sent me an email with contact info and then waited until I was ready to begin house hunting. there was never any pressure for me to start the process until I knew I was ready. I like the way your team "covered all the bases"--Billie and Jennifer met with me and really listened to what I was looking for, kept me updated as new listings came on the market, previewed the homes and showed me only the best prospects. Jerry handled the "dollars & contracts" portion of the purchase, Jennifer was the "courier" for all the documents to sign and deliver to various parties and was present at the closing and worked with the escrow agent to explain the various documents. Aaron arranged for inspections, painters and carpet cleaners and was there to completion. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, and even though the purchase process is complete, you have continued to be available to answer questions as they come up and to recommend various individuals who can help me with my projects. I really like my home, and I still get a "thrill" when I drive into the driveway and know that this is my home!
